A message from Alex Taylor

TEAM:

A few years ago, we introduced the Cox Purpose: Empower People Today to Build a Better Future for the Next Generation. This is as important today as it was back then. It’s our guiding principle and inspires so much of what we do on a daily basis, including how we evolve as a company.

While we continue to transform in many ways, so does the world around us. We’ve discussed at length the exciting and ongoing development of artificial intelligence. While AI brings unprecedented possibilities, it also raises important questions about how we work and how we continue to uphold our culture and values. As we embrace these innovations, our commitment to integrity, respect and ethical conduct remains unchanged.

This makes our Code of Conduct more important than ever. It serves as a practical guide to help us put our core principles into action, make sound decisions, and maintain
the strong reputation we’ve worked to build since my great grandfather started this company in 1898. I encourage you to review the Code carefully and use it as a resource whenever you face questions or complex situations.
